Manily Application:
This product is a wetting agent with defoaming function. Functions include:
1. Strong reduction of dynamic and static surface tension;
2. Improve the wettability of the substrate, promote spreading, resist oil, prevent shrinkage, and improve leveling;
3. Excellent resin miscibility, universal water and oil, with a certain degree of defoaming;
4. High performance.
Very low amount of addition can have a very good effect, is a new efficient organosilicon auxiliary.
This product is suitable for ink, plastic, metal and wood decoration, epoxy resins and industrial coatings.
As a wetting agent and adhesion enhancer in water-based, UV curable, traditional solvent-based and high solid content coatings, it also improves flow and leveling, recoating and gloss retention. The performance is particularly good in water-based PU system.
This product is soluble in methanol, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, xylene and dichloromethane, and can be dispersed in water.
Application suggestion
Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formula
Adding method: It can be added when grinding or stirring, or after the end of production. In order to facilitate the addition can be diluted with a suitable solvent.
Solvent type: water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics can be diluted at any rate.
Applicable coating system: Oil-based system； solvent-free system； Water-based system
Matters needing attention： Beware of mixing with other additives.
Packing and storage：
This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packing specifications are 25Kg plastic drums, 200Kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life is 12 months.
